Jointly organized by:

This program will improve communication at all levels of your organization. Your people will engage more powerfully about the financial aspect of your strategy, mission and business. They will be set to empower their business partners, team members, clients, and experts through clarity and simplicity.
After a decade of research, Color Accounting International has identified the root causes of – and solution to – financial communication breakdowns… Muddles that come at the expense of getting the job done, effective control, team morale, and corporate governance. This communication-leadership seminar gives managers the tools to explain themselves powerfully and generate their leadership.
The seminar distills the principles accounting and business finance down to a clearly understood common base. With agreement about the structure, language and mechanics of this common starting point, powerful communication becomes possible.
Besides gaining clarity on the principles of accounting, finance and business, the causes of financial miscommunication are identified. This means that they can be avoided. The cause of breakdowns includes ambiguity, collapsed concepts, inappropriate definitions, absence of the big-picture, switched points of view, and casual instead of formal language use.
Board of Directors, Finance Department, Accounting Firms.
Many senior and accomplished professionals are surprised at what they didn’t realize they hadn’t distinguished about financial communication. This seminar comes a pleasing surprise that they can put to use right away.
Participants all leave with a set of techniques and tools that they can continue to use in financial communication with their counterparts. And more than that, in the keeping with the leadership theme of the seminar, they can “pay the learning forward”. They will become teachers of communication themselves and share their learning. They have an opportunity to become leaders in raising the level of the financial conversation in their business.
Discovery-based learning with multi-sensory experiential activities, with use of case studies. Significant use of accelerated learning techniques. All major learning styles are covered.
